What happens if I am not satisfied? Do I have to bear the return shipping costs?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item! We are an online store and understand that you will buy something which you can’t try. But hey, not to worry, we have this covered!
We at Thomann want you to be completely happy with your purchase: no regrets. We therefore offer you a 30 Day Money-Back-Guarantee on our products. Unfortunately, some of our items are exempt from this guarantee. Things like bespoke items (e.g. a custom case made just for you is of no use to somebody else); items sold by the meter, or products that cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons (e.g. used reeds for wood wind instruments), or also items with license regulations (e.g. registered software).
Should you not be entirely satisfied, and you would like to return an item, then please do so within the first 30 days. Please contact us under all circumstances prior to your return by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 0049 9546 9223 476.
You can also log on to your customer account and fill in the online returns form:http://tho.mn/retrn
The equipment must be returned in its original packaging and without traces of use. Once we have received your return it will be checked for obvious signs of damage. Next, we will credit the full sales price to your customer account, or to the method of payment used originally on the order.
That all sounds great! But who has to pay for the return shipping costs?
The following regulations apply for returns from EU countries OTHER than Germany:
The aforementioned ‘30 days’ are split up into 14 days ‘Statutory Right of Withdrawal’.
Thomann offers an additional 16 days Thomann Money-Back Guarantee which is our gift to you to make sure that you are completely satisfied.
Within the first 14 days after receiving the goods, the return is free of charge. Simple. However, we do ask that you to please contact us under any circumstance prior to the return.
But during the following 16 days, the costs for the return from abroad are to be paid for by the customer.
Returns of Thomann equipment within Germany under the ‘30 days money back guarantee’ are free of charge throughout the complete 30 days period.
