What are your shipping rates?
In many cases, we offer flat rates to our customers!
Please visit our world-wide shipping info page to see the rates, durations and limitations for all countries in the world.
The flat rate applies for the whole order, no matter how many products you have.
Please note: Heavy and oversized items are exempt from the flat shipping fees for certain areas and countries. Countries with a flat shipping fee for DHL parcels that are exempt from flat spedition and UPS fees include Cyprus, Malta, Faroe Islands, Greenland, USA and Turkey.
Areas excluded from flat shipping for oversized items are:
Spain: all Spanish islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Portugal: Madeira and Acores
UK: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Shetlands and all Scottish Islands
Greece: All Greek islands
Italy: All Italian islands
France: Corsica and all areas outside mainland France
For any oversized orders to these countries, please mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for a full shipping quote.
In addition to the shipping costs, there is usually a fee for COD (cash on delivery) payment and an extra fee for express shipping (optional for many countries).
We always charge you exactly (or sometimes even less) the amount that we have to pay to the carrier, that's why many of our customers trust us and don't ask for the shipping costs after having ordered a couple of times.
Should you ever have the impression that you had to pay too much for your shipment, please get back to us. We'll double check the costs for you!
Please note that the above special shipping prices are shipments from us to you. Shipments from other countries to us can be much more expensive.
